At Macfox, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship Your Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
